How we work
The rules we do not bend.
- Boards go above the insulation, never on it.Squashed insulation does not work. We fit a raised system every time, even when it costs more.
- Every quote is itemised. Nothing is added on the day.If we find something at survey we missed, we tell you before we start, not on the invoice.
- Electrics are certified and notified, or we do not touch them.NICEIC registered. You get the certificate, Building Control gets the notification.
- You get photographs of the work you cannot see.Eaves, proofing, cable runs, timber repairs. If it is out of reach, it is in the photos we leave you.
- We leave the house cleaner than we found it.Dust sheets, boot covers, every offcut and screw taken away.

What we are qualified to do.
- RooferLeaks traced from inside, torn felt and slipped tiles put right before they reach your ceiling.
- CarpenterRaised boarding, strengthened joists and a hatch you can actually get through. Level 2 NVQ Carpentry.
- ElectricianSwitched lighting, sockets and clipped cabling, tested and certified. NICEIC registered.
- PlumberOld tanks drained and removed, pipes lagged, and the space they took up handed back to you.
- Pest controllerEntry points sealed at the eaves, soffits and cable runs so squirrels and rodents stay out for good.
- Insulation installerMineral wool cross-laid to 270mm, hatch insulated, eaves left breathing, and boards kept clear of it.
