- A redundant cold water tank on a sagging platform, taking up the only flat area in the loft.
- What we did
- Drained and cut up the tank, capped the pipework, lagged every pipe above the insulation, sistered a notched joist and boarded the freed-up space.
- The result
- Six square metres of new storage where the tank used to be.
