- A growing stain on the bathroom ceiling. Two roofers had quoted for tiles.
- What we did
- The bathroom fan was ducting straight into the loft. Fitted an inline fan on a short insulated run to a new tile vent, added eaves ventilation and replaced the wet insulation above the bathroom.
- The result
- Roof timbers dry within a month. No tiles needed.
