Whole loft, one visit
- Ladder & hatch
- Raised boarding
- Insulation top-up
- Loft light
- The problem
- A stepladder through a tiny hatch, 100mm of slumped insulation and boxes sinking into it.
- What we did
- Widened the hatch and fitted a timber folding ladder, topped insulation to 270mm, laid 14m² of raised boarding and a switched LED batten light. One day, one invoice.
- The result
- A loft the owners can stand up in, storage that stays dry, and a bedroom below that is noticeably warmer.
