Ventilation and damp
Mechanical Ventilation & Extraction
A surprising number of bathroom fans blow straight into the loft. The moisture lands on the cold underside of the roof, drips back onto the insulation and slowly rots the timbers. We fit fans that actually move air and duct them to a proper terminal on the roof or through the wall.
