Loft Electrics
A loft with no light is a loft you do not use. We fit lighting on a proper switch by the hatch, add a socket if you want one, and lift and clip every cable so nothing is buried under insulation or boards. NICEIC registered, tested and notified.

What is included

- Batten or LED strip lighting positioned to light the whole space, not just the hatch.
- Switch at the hatch, or a two-way switch on the landing below.
- Sockets on a dedicated circuit where the load needs it.
- Existing cables lifted above insulation and clipped to joists.
- Testing to BS 7671 and an Electrical Installation Certificate.
- Part P notification to Building Control done for you.

We survey the loft
We measure headroom, joists, insulation depth and wiring, then send an itemised quote within two working days.

One visit, whole job
Most lofts are finished in a day. Larger jobs take two. We tell you which before we start.

Walk-through and photographs
You see the finished work, and we leave photographs of the areas you cannot reach.
